RETURNS
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 15 calendar days of the reception of your purchase. The piece must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
REFUNDS
After we receive your item, our team will inspect and process to the refund. The money will be refunded in the original payment method you've used during the purchase. For credit card payment it may takes between 10 to 15 business days for the refund to be show up on your credit card statement.
If the item is damaged in any way or you have initiated the return after 15 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
The made to order pieces are not eligible for a refund.
